Last week I was in San Diego and I must say - Perfect Weather! I got to walk through the Gaslight district and also the Seaport Village. It's a great place to sail if you are into that as well. Calm water with steady breeze.

On another YouTube niche site idea - I had lunch today with Dan Buglio - host of the free blog FreeIQTips.com. Now I had seen FreeIQ.com a while ago and it was a bit buggy and was a bit confusing to use. After meeting Dan and checking out his blog on how to profit using FreeIQ - I'll most likely check FreeIQ out again soon.

FreeIQ, if you don't know, is basically YouTube for info marketers. If you are currently posting video on YouTube I suggest giving FreeIQ.com a look - but stop by Dan's great blog FreeIQTips.com first!
