There are two great webservices out there for video conversion and one free download tool you need to get.

The first service is called ZamZar.com Now if you want to convert video to/from any format - check out this free tool.

The second webservice is HeyWatch.com. This is similar to ZamZar but a whole lot more robust. I'll be doing a feature on this service and all it has to offer.

Finally, Riva Encoder by rivavx.com is a free download and is one of the easiest tools to convert your videos into Flash (or flv) video. Find a tutorial on how to use this tool in the Video Tutorial section.
