Video Tip: How to Market Products on Google Video and eBay
I'm WIRED! Yes - you probably already knew that, but now it's OFFICIAL. I finally sprung for a mobile broadband card. I'm a sucker for good advertising so I went with Sprint's service. I frequently commute to NYC to do work with the Ogilvy & Mather ad agency and it's a long haul from Philly where I live! I ride Amtrak and actually love the train - think airline, with twice the legroom! Anyway - I get to try it out this week. I've seen others using it on the train and confirmed that they are using Sprint. We'll see - should be PRODUCTIVE. I have two great tips this week. Tip One:
Tip One comes from member Bert Grim. Bert found an excellent new magazine that has just launched. The new magazine is HDVideoPro. It's published by the same folks who bring us Digital Photo Pro and Outdoor Photography. I absolutely love Outdoor Photography magazine so I have high hopes for HDVideoPro. You can get a subscription to HDVideoPro here:

Dave Guindon (software developer and video stud) recently created a video on: "How to Market Other People's Products on Google Video and eBay at the Same time! No Website Required!" Plus, you don't even need a camera. AND the tool involved costs next to nothing. I must say, the video details a brilliant video marketing plan that I will be incorporating ASAP. Here is the direct link to the video:
http://tinyurl.com/3286fa What's even cooler is the tool he's developed - a screencasting tool that's 1/10th the price of Camtasia! That's correct - Camtasia style screen recording for under 30 bucks. I have it - it's amazing! If you have a need to show people how to do something... ANYTHING on a computer, screencasting is the way to go, hands down. If you have hesitated on buying Camtasia because of the huge price tag, Dave has given us THE TOOL. Highly Recommended! One last bonus tip:
At the end of today, April 30, 2007, the Charter Membership pricing will expire.
Today is your last chance to get in on this lifetime price lock-in. By joining today - you will lock in the low price of 9.95 - forever. After today, there will be a signup fee of 17.00. If you have already joined AskMrVideo - I want to thank you for being Charter Members. I am having tons of fun interacting with everyone around our "virtual watercooler". If you have received any benefit from AskMrVideo, please forward this tip along to your web/video/marketing friends. They will thank you for it! Here's what being said in the forum:
"Before Perry started this site - I did not really have a place for people to review stuff I do. I used to get friends and family to do it - but they usually say stuff like "yea... that looks good" (my wife is usually honest - probably why we have been married for 21 years - honesty goes a long way in a marriage).
...
When I was building my howtovideo.tv web site - had I not been a member here, there is no doubt it would have been a failure - as the feedback from the members of this site was (and continues to be) invaluable." Andrew Thanks Andrew! Perry
